RETURNS POLICY
KNOWEAR welcomes online store returns. If your item does not fit as you had hoped, you have chosen the wrong size, or you have simply changed your mind we will gladly offer an exchange, online store creditor refund.
All returns must be made within 10 days from the invoice date of purchase.
Please ensure you contact KNOWEAR directly at online@knowear.co to inform us of your intention immediately, so we know to expect your package, and if available, can put aside the correct size for you.
Please also include a note in your return package stating your intentions for your return, i.e. exchange, credit or refund, to help us speed up the process.
Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition with tags attached and all original packaging including boxes and tissue paper etc.
All footwear must be returned unworn in the original box with no marks or blemishes. When returning footwear please ensure the box is well protected as this is considered part of the product
Damaged, worn, or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded and will be returned to the customer. Items returned outside of the 10 day return period will also be returned to the customer.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for exchange or credit.
Special or limited release products are FINAL SALE, are NOT eligible for exchange or credit.
International orders are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for exchange or credit.
Shipping costs to return items will be at the customer’s expense unless the item is incorrect or faulty. In this case, please contact us to arrange shipping.
Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was faulty.
KNOWEAR is not liable for the loss or delay of return packages and recommends using a tracked courier service for returning orders
These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the KNOWEAR Online Store and are not the same as the Returns policy for purchases made in store.
Returns may be made via the KNOWEAR online store, or dropped off to the staff in our physical store, to be passed on to the online team.

Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them, when your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
SALE ITEMS
There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on sale items unless faulty. All sale purchases are final. This includes any item purchased under a promotional code.
EXCHANGES
If your item does not fit we will exchange it fora different size if we have one available. If we do not have an alternative size in stock, we will offer you a credit or a refund. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Exchanges may be made via the KNOWEAR Online Store or at our physical stores. Initial and return shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was faulty.
CREDITS
When we have received your return, your credit will be processed to your KNOWEAR online store account. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when your credit has been issued. Please note that credit issued through the KNOWEAR Online Store can only been used online and not in the physical store.
REFUNDS
If you wish to receive a refund, you will be refunded the value of the item at the time of purchase. When we have received your return, your refund will be processed in your original form of payment within 5 working days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from KNOWEAR.
FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item is faulty or not exactly what you ordered on the KNOWEAR online store you may return it for exchange or refund. Please contact us as soon as your discover the fault or inaccuracy. Once we receive and assess the item we will repair, replace or refund the items within 10 working days of receipt.Please note your preference when you contact us. If the item is deemed faulty or we have made a picking error, we will refund you the costs for returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item. In the event that the repair or replacement will take longer than 10 days, we will advise you of the particular circumstances and likely time frame for return.
