Above The Clouds GT-2160 - Cream Shamrock Green

Asics has teamed up with Above The Clouds for their third collaboration; an evolution of the recently released GT-2160. It presents a juxtaposition of experimental materials which refine the existing silhouette, and break new grounds in product development, craft and design thinking.

Inspired by Japanese architecture and product design, the composition of the shoe mixes old and new and draws from the unyielding reliance of considered Japanese craftsmanship. Transparency as a grounding theme continues through the choice of a NEXKIN upper, constructed to allow the wearer choice in appearance whilst maintaining the technical design language of the GT-2000 series.

With function and design at the core of the collaboration, the Above The Clouds x Asics GT-2160 is constructed to be interesting yet pragmatic, where coloured details serve as compliments to metallic finishes which never compromise on comfort.
